Jesus and non-violence - An up coming article On non-violence and Christianity, has everything to do with the path of discernment and boundaries. So often as Christians we ask the question should I be passive in an oppressive situation or is there a proactive way? Discussion centers around a third way offered by Jesus as opposed to the first and second way, flight or fight. This third way has been championed by the likes of Martin Luther King jr., Gandhi and others both derived from a biblical foundation specifically the sermon on the mount.

The Federated Church one of our covenant partners is having a Health & Ministry Fair As Part of Their 40 Day of Purpose Campaign. Hot Dogs, balloons, and blood pressure check & car wash will be available there. The Mission, Will Have a booth in the fair along with many others. We invite you to attend!
